Thanks for sharing your thoughts about this Kathy. Interesting point about how we can set ourselves up to not be successful and not feel good. It really is amazing how well we can get in our own way sometimes isn't it? AND there is so much power we can access when we can figure out how to stop doing that and work towards the goals that are important to us.

Melissa, I always enjoy reading your posts. I am 68, have been blogging for 5 years, and have been in recovery from alcohol for 32 years. I have found, for me, that becoming overextended is because I'm not feeling that Kathy (me) is lovable. It has taken me---the overachiever--a long time to find that people love me for who I am and not for what I do.
I have recently found that my multitasking was so I wouldn't finish something. I mean, God forbid, that I would feel good about myself.
Love, Kathy a href="http://kathyberman.com">kathyberman.com</a>.
