It&#039;s pretty common for people to become so used to responding a certain way (like eating), that they lose touch with what triggers them. That&#039;s when getting help can be especially important--and powerful. Going it alone can make the journey much longer, more painful, and, well, lonely. You might want to take a look at other posts I&#039;ve made about taking control of emotional eating. Another place to really dig into this is with my Emotional Eating Toolbox(TM) program.
