headshot225web If we haven't already "met," I'm Dr. Melissa McCreery. As a psychologist, certified coach, and emotional eating expert who specializes in working with savvy women with a lot on their plates, I know the traps that busy women get into with food and overeating. I specialize in showing women how to take control of overeating and emotional eating, get off the diet roller coaster, and create a LASTING peace with food.

Too many savvy, hardworking women are struggling with overeating and emotional eating–and unfortunately, they are struggling alone. Emotional eating can be a major issue for smart, high-achievers–and one that doesn't get talked about very openly. Those who struggle, struggle in private and tend to carry guilt and even shame as a result. This can make the problem even worse.

Will you help me break the silence?

I'm hosting a free Q&A call. Life is too short to spend it struggling with food and weight, so I'm hosting a no-holds-barred open line opportunity for you to ask your questions about emotional eating, overeating, and having too much on your plate. The format of the call will be q&a. Your questions will make up the content for this call!

Here's all you need to do to participate:

  1. Sign up for the call by entering your name and email in the boxes below. You'll receive instructions for attending the call or accessing the recording if you can't be there live. You'll also receive a reminder about the call.
  2. When you sign up, you'll have the opportunity to submit a question for the call. I'll be reading all of these and will answer as many as possible.
  3. You can attend the call by phone (and I'll welcome live questions–I love the chance to do spotlight coaching!). You can also listen over your computer and if you choose this option, you'll be able to submit questions "live," as well.
  4. The call will be recorded and all who register will receive access to the recording.
