		<description>I used to be a serious &quot;trainer&quot; - doing boot camp, sprinting, lifting heavy weights.  Lately, I&#039;m more in a get in touch with my body mode -- doing Pilates, Yoga, and dance... and by dance I mean booting up Pandora and dancing volume all the way up in my living room.  I get a better workout than running and it makes me happy:) -- and 3 ten minute bouts throughout the day are easy to do...</description>
