What’s the perfect Sunday post for women with too much on their plates? I like this article on the power of omitting needless tasks. We’re such doers that we sometimes don’t appreciate the real power of NOT doing–and believe me–it can be really powerful.

I often ask my clients what they will let go of and that strikes me as a great Sunday question.  As you look at the week ahead, what can you take off your to-do list?
