The Too Much On Her Plate Me-treat consists of four hour-long teleseminars (me-treats) which will be held beginning in mid-January–just in time to pick up where New Year’s resolutions may have let you down. The Me-treat is YOUR time, specially designed to help you focus on YOU.
Each week, we’ll focus in on one specific topic that’s crucial for creating space on your plate FOR YOU. I’ll share the tips and strategies I use with my individual coaching clients. Just as importantly, we will zero in on those sticky places and challenges that tend to trip up even the smartest women. We’re going to be proactive about what CAN go wrong so that it doesn’t become a roadblock as you move into action. And you will move into action immediately. Each week you’ll have an action step or activity to complete–designed to move you into powerful action by the end of the very first teleseminar.
Over the four weeks of the program, I’ll walk you through (step-by-step) the process of creating a workable blueprint for addressing your needs and moving forward towards your goals–even in the midst of a busy life. We’ll cover the elements that are essential for staying on track when you are someone who has a lot going on, the tricks to getting where you want to go and incorporating the elements into your life that you need to thrive.
In addition, you’ll have the support, accountability, laser coaching opportunities, and specially designed tools, and activities between calls that will help you create the success and well-being you crave.

Remember—All calls are recorded. If you can’t make the live calls, you will still be able to participate by following along with the recordings.

In each hour-long class, we’ll address an important tool or aspect of creating your vibrant lifestyle blueprint. There will be some opportunities for laser coaching, but you’ll also be free to simply hang out and listen. Either way, the content will be information-rich and designed to help you get motivated, move into action immediately, and start creating the better version of your life that you are seeking. Because these are teleseminars, your participation can remain completely confidential.
Our agenda will remain somewhat flexible to meet your needs, but here is the working agenda:
