		<description>Yes, I find that I am a perfectionist when comes to my dietary and activity plans.  However, I tell people at work &quot;Don&#039;t tell me I am perfect!  I strive for perfection but I don&#039;t want to achieve it,as there is only one place to go and that is down.&quot;  As I write this I can see how this thinking could be sabotaging my plans and goals.</description>
