Though less intensive than my Maximum Confidence Emotional Eating Program, this option provides personalized individual coaching and attention as well as my best tools for taking control of emotional eating and overeating.
In this program, I (Melissa McCreery) work with you over six months in carefully focused individual coaching calls. At the same time, you will be progressing through the Emotional Eating Toolbox™ 28-Day Daily Action Plan Program with its carefully laid out master schedules and day by day action steps.

6 Months of Personalized, Individual Coaching. Twelve 30-minute coaching calls, scheduled twice monthly. You will work individually with Melissa McCreery on your focus of concern, your goals, your agenda. The agenda for each call will be determined by your goals and your current needs. We will set your schedule for call appointments as soon as our agreement to work together is finalized.

The Emotional Eating Toolbox™ 28 Day Daily Action Plan Program. This is the program that walks you step by step and day by day through the process for taking control of emotional eating. Of course, on our coaching calls and in our work together, we will go much deeper and be able to be much more comprehensive in our approach than is possible in a self-guided program alone.
