How It Works:
The foundation of the program is my Emotional Eating Toolbox™ 28 Day Daily Action Plan Program. The Emotional Eating Toolbox™ is a daily action plan. It literally walks you through, step by step, the specific tasks, exercises, questions and challenges you need to undertake to escape from yo-yo dieting, food obsession, binge eating, or feeling out of control with food.
All participants in the Take Action program will receive a copy of the The Emotional Eating Toolbox™ and the companion CDs ($139 value). I’ll show you how to set up the program and begin learning to implement the tools and the strategies into your life.
You won’t have to go it alone, but if you are a private person (and even if you aren’t) you won’t need to bare your soul either. This program has been designed to offer you a customized program that you create on a day-by-day basis (by following the easy-to-use structure of the Emotional Eating Toolbox™ program), plus in depth teleseminars focused on the nitty gritty of taking control of emotional eating and creating more effective solutions for yourself.

The Take Action Program includes 6 weekly teleclasses, led by me. 
In each hour-long class, we’ll address an important tool or aspect of making peace with food and breaking free of vicious cycles with weight. There will be some opportunities for laser coaching, but you’ll also be free to simply hang out and listen. Either way, the content will be information-rich and designed to help you stay motivated, move through the Emotional Eating Toolbox™ program, and work through your own individual challenges and hurdles. Because these are teleseminars, your participation can remain completely confidential.
I know that you are busy. You don’t have to attend each of the actual calls (although I recommend you come if you can). I’ll be recording all the teleseminars and all participants will receive downloadable recordings so that you can attend class on your own time or listen again later to reinforce your learning.
The Take Action Classes will augment the Emotional Eating Toolbox™ program. Our agenda will remain somewhat flexible to meet your needs, but here is the working agenda:
• Week One: Getting started with the Toolbox; getting in touch with hunger and fullness, the tools for getting past guilt, shame, and self-judgment and how to use them.
• Week Two: What’s driving your eating? How to meet your needs without turning to food and overeating. Ten strategies for avoiding emotional eating.
• Week Three: Tweaking the toolbox to work with your life, stuck spots, self-sabotage, inner critics, and identifying what needs to happen FOR YOU so that you make the lasting progress you want to make.
• Week Four: Self care and making time for yourself: how to fit it all in.
• Week Five: Achieving your healthy lifestyle: How to set goals and how to avoid the traps smart women set for themselves.
• Week Six: What Else Do I Need? Crafting a Plan For Enduring Change. How to create action when you feel stuck / Laser Coaching

If you are someone who has had weight loss surgery, this very popular extended program will support you in working through the Emotional Eating Toolbox™ program.This group combines all the material that is covered in the Emotional Eating Toolbox™ Coaching group with a specialized emphasis on the experiences of those who have had weight loss surgery.
Group coaching adds powerful support and accountability as well as bonus activities. Groups are held by telephone. If you haven’t participated in a tele-group before, it’s easier than you might think. You dial in on a long distance phone number (you are responsible for any long distance charges). Once you are connected you will be asked to punch in an access code that you will be given once you sign up for the group. That’s all there is to it!
