The focus: putting new habits and tools in place and learning to make them stick while getting to the ROOT of the cause of your overeating. Identify YOUR stumbling blocks and experience how to overcome them with new strategies and options for coping. Accountability resources and tools that you can easily implement are woven throughout this program. Coaching, tips, and resources are delivered in a variety of mediums (by phone, email, via workbook and CDs) to deepen and strengthen progress.

Individualized Strengths Assessment. Identify your core strengths—the qualities that define you at your best and that are essential to adding ease and pleasure to changes you want to make and goals you want to achieve. (This truly is invaluable)

8 Months of Personalized, Individual Coaching. Twenty-two 30 minute coaching calls, optimally spaced over 8 months where you work individually with Melissa McCreery on your focus of concern, your goals, your agenda. Most months you will meet via phone three times per month. We will set your schedule for call appointments as soon as our agreement to work together is finalized.
