		<description>Melissa, I was able to quickly identify my Losing Time Trap: #2. I have to write my list of things I need to accomplish each day. Otherwise my whole day disappears with me being busy but not particularly productive. 

One of the best things I have done for myself over the past 4 months is 30 minutes of exercise 6 days a week. I&#039;m excited about getting into shape (and losing some weight), but I&#039;ve also discovered that I have more energy to accomplish more in my day.
