The smart, busy women who helped launch the Emotional Eating Rescue Plan

emotional-eating-rescue-plaMy book, The Emotional Eating Rescue Plan for Smart, Busy Women, launched earlier this month. I’m proud to say that the book, my four-week, day-by-day plan for taking control of emotional eating and overeating, climbed to the number two spot in it’s category on Amazon.com. That’s fantastic, and I think those sales speak to a craving for smart information on how to get to the core of overeating struggles so that you can craft solid, lasting solutions that actually work.

Writing a book taught me many lessons, some unexpected. Getting that book out into the world, taught me a whole bunch more.  I am so thankful to the group of women who stepped forward and requested advance copies of the book to review. Their feedback and the support they threw behind the book were invaluable. On top of that, it felt really great to know that these smart, incredible women believed in the message of the book.

It truly does take a village to get a book out into the world and I am very grateful for all the help and support.  I found it incredible and helpful to read others’ interpretations and thoughts about the program I designed. You can read some of the reviews from this group and listen to some of their thoughts about the book at the links that we’ve posted on Pinterest.

Finally, YOU are a part of this village too and I want to thank all of you who participated in the first weeks after The Emotional Eating Rescue Plan for Smart, Busy Women was released. If you purchased the book and liked it, I’d love it if you would take a few minutes now to post a review on Amazon. If you can help spread the word in some other way, I’d love that too, and if you have a success story, you’d like to share, email me – I’d love to hear it!
