I’m proud to say that the book, my four week, day-by-day plan for taking control of emotional eating and overeating, climbed to the number two spot in it’s category on Amazon.com. Writing a book taught me many lessons, some unexpected. Getting that book out into the world, taught me a whole bunch more.
