Self-care and quality me-time go a long way toward feeding your spirit and your soul in ways that overeating or (constant eating) never will. Most of us know this on some level, yet when the going gets tough, it can be way too easy to sacrifice what you need “because you don’t have time.” The price for doing this is high.
