It’s not enough to know what you “should” do. It’s essential that you create an approach and a relationship with food that you’ll be able to implement and maintain in the midst of your unique and complicated life. Too often we twist ourselves up like pretzels, trying to make ourselves fit into someone else’s advice. Then we wonder why our new routine or habit didn’t last, why it felt so hard and unnatural, or why we burnt out and lost motivation.
