In today’s video, you’ll learn what to do the next time a craving or an urge to overeat strikes. Hint–this works MUCH better than willpower, sitting on your hands, or trying to eat carrot sticks instead of whatever it is you’re craving! This is a tool that will help you begin to get to the root cause of your overeating and emotional eating–so you can make changes that will last:

Practice asking yourself why you are eating or why you are feeling hungry instead of focusing on solely what to eat. This helps you identify the root cause of your overeating.
