Free resources for tough times

It’s been a week. In the midst of tough weeks (and tough years), this one has been heartbreakingly hard.

A lot of people are feeling tapped out, and you might be feeling like your toolbox of resources isn’t up to the task these days.

First, know that this is normal.

It’s normal to feel exhausted and sad and angry and all the things. And, if exhaustion is a part of what you’re feeling, the first prescription is always rest. 

Not scrolling, not numbing. Rest. Even if it feels uncomfortable.

I’ve also put together a list of resources for you. Below you’ll find a collection of podcast episodes that you might find helpful, along with information about my upcoming free 5-day workshop.

And don’t forget to rest. Rest (it bears repeating). And then take some moments to connect with the things that bring you joy.
