How setting boundaries helps with weight loss

We need to talk about something you might be avoiding. In fact, a lot of busy women I know are quite talented at avoiding this – at least in their personal lives. And it’s a major cause of overeating.

You know about stress eating, emotional eating, and comfort eating. But there’s another overeating trap that a lot of smart women fall into and that you might be overlooking.

Overeating because you didn’t say no.

Before you give me that look –

I’m NOT talking about saying no to second helpings. I’m talking about the kind of saying no that sets your boundaries.  Today, I’m going to ask you to pay attention to the other places in your life where you might be nodding yes instead of politely declining, saying no, or clearly setting a limit.

It happens a lot, and if you struggle with this, you’re probably underestimating the impact it’s having on your eating and on the scale.

Be prepared to set some boundaries friend – that’s what we’re up to this week!
