Today let’s talk about how to end overeating in a way that lasts.
You’re going to have a relationship with food for the rest of your life. That’s a good thing, and it’s something that a lot of smart women don’t plan for when they try to make changes with their eating or their weight.
How do you want to eat for the rest of your life? It’s tempting (and all too common) to create plans for “how to eat” that are only sustainable for a short period of time, or when the stars are aligned, or when you are feeling particularly fierce. Doing this can be the on ramp for yo-yo eating patterns.
What should you do if you realize you haven’t been focusing on the long term? What if your current approach leaves you cringing when you try to imaging yourself sticking with it for the next 25 years? What if you draw a blank when you try to imagine how you’ll eat after you “lose the weight”?
That’s what I’m covering in today’s video.
