How to lose the overeating habit: why overeating habits keep coming back

When it comes to habits you aren’t fond of (like overeating or emotional eating), there are at least two approaches. You can work hard to control your cravings and urges, and to not do the thing you want to change, or you can take steps that lead to losing the habit entirely.

When you lose the habit, lose the cravings, and lose the urge to overeat, you get the bonus payoff of being able to invest all that time and energy into stuff that’s a lot more fun.

So how do you lose the overeating habit? That’s the topic I’m covering in today’s video. It’s short, to the point, and includes a challenge that you can use to take action today.
