I’m happy to share a recent honor I received. The Institute for the Psychology of Eating has named Too Much on Her Plate one of the top emotional eating blogs on the internet. How cool is that? It feels great to be endorsed by an organization who understands that eating is complicated and ending overeating is about a lot more than willpower and another diet (in fact, it’s not about that at all).
Eating and overeating go SO much deeper than food, and there is much more important conversation to be had about why we eat and overeat and what we can do to be more effective and happier with our relationship with food, I’m so thankful that the internet provides the opportunities it does to share thoughts and resources so widely. I’m also grateful that we’re having the conversations about the psychology behind our eating and the emotions, relationships, and situations that can trigger overeating and weight gain.
Thanks for the endorsement IPE!
