It seems like everyone is hitting the road (or the airport) this month, either for vacation, family trips, or business travel. Travel – and how to stay on track with your best intentions when you’re on the road – is a topic that comes up a lot with clients, particularly the busy women who travel a lot for business.
Whether you are having fun, or spending the day in endless meetings, travel brings a loss of your usual routine, your customary food choices, and, if you don’t give it some thought, it can be the event that throws you off track or sabotages your efforts and intentions. Staying in charge of your eating when you travel doesn’t have to be a struggle.
