One thing – a simple tip to stop stress eating

Stress eating can sneak up on just about anyone – and when it hits, you probably don’t have extra energy or time to figure out what to do about it.

Luckily, there are simple things you can do in the moment to reduce your stress level, your overwhelm, and – yes – overeating.  Resist the urge to complicate things. Maybe it’s the adrenaline, I see stressed-out women (myself included) working overtime to convince themselves that the only effective response has to be big, difficult, and ultimately, stressful to employ.
