There are few things more discouraging (and stressful) than working really hard to make a change with your eating, your weight, or your fitness only to burn out, fall off-track, or be unable to stick with it.
Participants in Where Thin Begins have spent the month paying attention to what does and doesn’t work for them. We’ve been crafting individualized approaches to succeeding at goals related to stress, overeating and emotional eating, weight, and health. Goals that not only work – but will work with a busy life. Along the way there has been outright delight at something simple that we often overlook.
