When does the program begin?

Your Missing Peace begins immediately upon registration and your coaching runs for sixteen weeks. Once you register you'll have instant access to the members-only site and your first training. New training will be released approximately weekly, with breaks for catching up. I've designed a schedule that allows you time to absorb the training, implement and practice the new strategies, and even to catch up if life gets busy. You'll have ongoing access to the online training portions of the program, so you can revisit them as often as you'd like (even after your 16 weeks in the coaching part of the program has concluded). All coaching calls will be recorded, so you'll be able to access the replays if you can't make the calls live.

Can I do this program if I'm on a special food plan or if I'm working with intuitive or mindful eating?

Absolutely! Your Missing Peace is NOT a food plan. You will learn how to make clear decisions about what works for you so that you can choose your best approach to food and eating.

How long do I have access to the course? This is a busy time for me.

No worries! The modules are released one at a time and the program includes weeks that are set aside for catch up and implementation. You'll have access to the training materials for the lifetime of the program (as long as the program exists, you'll have access) so you can proceed at a pace that works for you. In addition, your sixteen weeks of group coaching is designed to help you tackle challenges with finding time and completing the materials in a way that works for you. 

What if I've invested in programs in the past, but they haven't worked?

Your Missing Peace is a combination of all the programs and coaching I've offered in the past - because I've found that, without all the pieces, it's very hard to succeed. By now you probably know that it takes more than a food plan. We're going to cover mindset - the thoughts and mental approaches that create success and lasting motivation; a non-diet, non-deprivation approach to making decisions about when and what to eat; and we're going to make sure you've got plenty of strategies in your back pocket that prepare you for the long term - resiliency, troubleshooting in advance, preparing for imperfection (and stress), and a whole lot more. Ultimately you need to decide if this program is a fit for you, AND, I encourage you to evaluate whether other programs have addressed these missing pieces.

Can I expect to lose weight right away?

That depends on your goals, where you already are in the process, and what you put into the program. The Missing Peace Program works when you take the steps. Taking the steps is up to you (you'll get lots of strategies for staying motivated and in action though, including a powerful daily process). If weight loss is a goal, you may find that you begin to lose weight right away, or, this may happen after you've gotten more comfortable feeding yourself in non-food ways (which you'll learn how to do in Your Missing Peace).

When is the group coaching?

We meet three times a month for group coaching. Coaching Groups generally meet on the first Tuesday of the month at 9:00 am Pacific/noon Eastern, the second Tuesday of each month at 4:00 pm Pacific/7:00 pm Eastern, and the fourth Wednesday of the Month at 2:00 pm Pacific/5:00 pm Eastern. All coaching meetings are held on Zoom and are accessible worldwide. The recordings will be available in case you cannot attend. If you can't make a call, you'll have opportunities to submit questions or topics in advance. We occasionally reschedule these calls, and in all instances will provide you as much notice (via email) as possible. What happens once I sign up?

Immediately after you sign up you'll receive an email welcoming you to the program and information about how to access the member site. On the site you'll find your onboarding materials, and the schedule of upcoming coaching calls. Our onboarding sequence will walk you through everything you need to know to get the most out of the program and will allow you to access your first training materials.

How much time should I expect to spend on the program?

You'll get out what you put into the program. Be sure to put the coaching calls (or time to watch the replays) into your calendar. That's three hours per month. I recommend you block out 20-30 minutes daily to work through the training materials. Keep in mind that the goal of this program is to make things work more smoothly for you, so while you'll be learning new things, much of what you'll be practicing will fit within your daily life. Most of the time what gets people stuck ISN'T the time commitment. It's perfectionism, and you'll soon find that you don't have to be perfect to get fantastic results in Your Missing Peace. Commit the time to show up and do an imperfect job and it will pay off.
